The founders have been in the industry for over 15 years. Starting with gaming operations in Lagos, Nigeria forming a company North Western Services Corporation and later sub contracting the company's services to casinos in Africa. The Directors immigrated back to Malta in 1987. Camilmac Services Limited was set up to service third party coin operated equipment in 1989 and offering corporate solutions in the management of existing operations on the Islands.

They employ consultants and decision makers is various fields leaving them time to form new business ventures as the company diversifies its operations.

The founders are especially receptive to mergers, take-overs and alliances and believe that consolidation of services breaths life into established ventures and new ones alike.
