We have a team co-located with our server equipment in the Unted States maintaining the system regularly. By employing two teams around the world, we are able to cover every time-zone and thus operate at 24-hours giving you this excellent support option along with our excellent on site teams in Malta.
In Malta we have added to of our excelent on site staff who are out there maintaining equipment in your bars, restaurants, cinemas, hotels, holiday complexes and all manner of public places. We will take care of all service calls for you in a timely manner with our highly qualified staff of technicians. Our quick response will insure your terminals have very limited "downtime".
- Complete cleaning and general maintenance to insure the high quality and appearance of each terminal you expect. The Allied GamesTeam will keep your treminals clean and well maintained so you don't have to!
- Total access to the Allied Games customer service and technical support team via our toll free 1-800 line! You will receive unlimited access to our team of experts to help solve any problems you have with your Internet Kiosk operation.
DELUXE ONLINE PACKAGE
The Deluxe Online Management Services package entitles you to receive a multitude of additional online support services. Not only do you receive all of the above benefits of the Basic Online Package, but you also get the following; - You will sell via a POS Terminal, allocating time to PCs from your station.
